H3 | Heroes Helping Heroes 4Life is more than an organization—it’s a movement born from service, sacrifice, and the pursuit of healing. For nearly a decade, H3 has stood beside Veterans, Active Duty Military, First Responders, and their families, guiding them from trauma toward stability and post-traumatic growth (PTG).
Their mission is simple yet powerful: to restore dignity, provide stability, and create sustainable pathways to healing for those who have given so much in service to others, while also extending protection and aid to vulnerable children worldwide.

Now, in partnership with Sport Displays and the Naismith International Basketball Foundation, H3 has launched the Jersey-Uniform Mounts With a Purpose campaign.

A HERO AND FAMILY’S JOURNEY
Behind every veteran, responder, or service member is a story—and often, a struggle. For 30 years, H3’s founder lived as “PTSD Mark”—functioning on the outside, silently suffering on the inside. Broken relationships, failed surgeries, systemic injustice, and invisible wounds became his reality.
But through faith, community, and perseverance, his life transformed into “PTG Mark”—a living testimony that healing is possible, that purpose can rise from pain, and that leadership can flow from vulnerability.
Mark’s journey is not unique. The impact is substantial. The suicide rate for Veterans is at an alarming 22 A Day, and Firefighters and 1st Responders are tragically catching up.
Families of those who serve also carry invisible scars. Dependents often live with second-hand PTSD, experiencing the trauma of their loved one’s service without the recognition or resources they need.
The Jersey-Uniform Mounts With a Purpose campaign is designed to fill that gap—funding programs that bring hope, healing, and resilience to those who sacrifice alongside their heroes, including a leader entrepreneurship program for dependents, and for those who served.
